Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable for multiple units.
- Maintain and update A/P vendor files; review new vendors for W9 and 1099 compliance.
- Verify invoice coding and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Generate checks and prepare backup documentation; research and resolve A/P issues.
- Reconcile A/P aging reports monthly and follow up on outstanding checks.
- Process corporate credit card expenses, petty cash, mileage, and personal reimbursements accurately and timely.
- Prepare journal entries for prepaid expenses, accruals, and expense reclassifications.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closings and audit preparation.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
