Communications Lead (Contract – Hybrid, Chandler, AZ)
Location: Hybrid (Chandler, AZ)
Type: Full-time, Contract (Hourly, W2)

Overview A fast-paced, innovation-driven organization is seeking a skilled
Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise messaging.
Lead internal communications to foster employee engagement, support cultural alignment, and drive change initiatives.
Manage external communications including media relations, thought leadership, and brand storytelling.
Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content creation, publishing, and engagement.
Collaborate with leadership to develop clear, impactful messaging for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Create and manage content across multiple platforms including intranet, email, social media, and executive communications.
Enhance leadership visibility through events, speaking engagements, and digital channels.
Use data and feedback to measure communication effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Work cross-functionally with department teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, ideally in a global or technical environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead integrated communications strategies across diverse audiences.
Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
Experience managing social media strategy and execution, and digital communication tools and analytics.
Comfortable working with senior leaders and external partners.
Experience managing communications at a global scale.
Pay Details: $65.00 to $78.00 per hour
