Salary: $110,000-$120,000
LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing expert technical and consultative support for the use, configuration, and customization of HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll systems, advanced knowledge of HRIS platform, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure HRIS systems to achieve identified business results and resolve issues. Provide primary technical expertise to Payroll, HR, Benefits, and all related systems users.
- Develop end-user documentation, including application training manuals and job aids.
- Lead the implementation of new computer systems and third-party applications. Provide functional project leadership and day-to-day direction to project teams.
- Evaluate business processes and procedures to create functional and technical solutions. Document business flows and processes.
- Ensure the integrity of data in payroll and related systems by creating audit and validation reports. Generate advanced ad hoc reports using a variety of reporting tools (e.g., fast formulas, Excel, SQL)
- Facilitate meetings with HR and Payroll leadership, other business leaders, and/or HRIS peers to capture requirements, determine system goals, and understand the business issues to be solved.
- Contribute towards the strategic planning of Payroll and HR systems. Participate in project teams responsible for evaluating and implementing new software packages or making fixes and enhancements to existing software applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information services, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Oracle HCM configuration and release update management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (including Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, Workday), MS Office, Excel (including Pivot Tables and formulas), Power BI, and Oracle OTBI reporting
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities along with the passion to tell a story with the data
- Highly effective communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
