LHH is working with their pre-eminent client in the commercial real estate space looking to add a talented Marketing Manager to their team. This firm has a vast portfolio of projects scanning multiple states and countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, lead generation, and brand positioning for a diverse portfolio of company assets. This role combines expertise in graphic design, website management, CRM, and social media management, with a focus on delivering impactful marketing materials and building lasting industry relationships.
This role has a lot of opportunity for growth into a Director level role with an expanded team underneath them-currently it is a team of 1. This position offers a competitive base pay plus bonus structure as well as a robust benefits package including competitive PTO and a strong 401k match among other benefits.
This is an ON-SITE role in the Southpark area with a 5 day a week in office expectation***
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive engagement for a variety of projects, developments, and assets.
Collaborate with executives, partners, and department heads to shape high-level marketing decisions and create a unified, compelling brand identity that resonates with target industry audiences.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to anticipate opportunities, driving proactive strategies to enhance market presence.
Utilize advanced graphic design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) to craft visually compelling marketing materials, including RFPs, brochures, presentations, proposals, and other key assets.
Maintain consistency across all creative outputs, from print and digital assets to social media graphics, enhancing the visual identity of the firm.
Develop and execute highly targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and clients, promoting new projects, updates, and services.
Lead and grow the firm’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific channels including content creation and tracking/analyzing of metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience ideally with experience in the real estate industry or comparable corporate services organization.
Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with website management platforms like WordPress.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), email marketing tools, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of SEO and Google Analytics for website and digital campaign optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills-able to work with C Suite level executives.
