LHH is assisting a client in south Charlotte with their need for a Treasury Analyst. This is a direct hire, hybrid position, offering competitive benefits and bonus eligibility. Please read on for more details!
Responsibilities
Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements.
Prepare and analyze cash flow reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners to ensure efficient banking operations and resolve issues promptly.
Support the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury-related reports for management.
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Support treasury projects, such as system implementations and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in treasury
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
