Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws

• Support benefits administration and assist with payroll coordination

• Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures

• Organize employee engagement activities and company events

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations

• Contribute to recruitment and hiring strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
