$30.00 - $38.00 per Hour
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Review and verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Generate payroll reports as needed.
- At least 3years of payroll experience required (multi-state experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or HR preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems is required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High level of organization and a sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with others in a team focused environment.
