Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative for an upcoming project with our client in Blue Ash, Ohio. This contract role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 to $18 and is scheduled to start in the new year.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
