LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in the Blue Ash, Ohio area to hire an experienced Recruiter for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for a driven recruiting professional with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting who is looking to grow with a stable and collaborative organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines
Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles
Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage hiring workflows
Extend offers and assist with onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system
Provide a high level of communication and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
