Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Temp, possible hire)

Location: City of Industry, CA

Pay: $26-27/hr

Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in the City of Industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting within the manufacturing industry. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records

  • Handle payroll processing and related tasks

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role within the manufacturing industry

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting is a plus



Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
