What You’ll Be Doing
Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable tasks
Reconcile bank statements and assist with monitoring cash flow
Support general ledger entries and month-end close processes
Assist with payroll processing and benefits coordination
Maintain employee records and help with onboarding/offboarding
Keep office operations running smoothly—think scheduling, supply orders, and document management
Pitch in on internal communications and cross-functional coordination
Jump into special projects and reporting when needed
What You Bring to the Table
At least 3 years of experience in accounting and HR
Solid Excel skills (bonus points if you’re comfortable with vlookups and pivot tables)
Familiarity with accounting platforms like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools
Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities
A professional, team-oriented attitude and a high level of discretion with sensitive information
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
