Our client is looking for a well-rounded Accounting & HR Coordinator to join their team in Cleveland, OH. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable tasks

  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with monitoring cash flow

  • Support general ledger entries and month-end close processes

  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits coordination

  • Maintain employee records and help with onboarding/offboarding

  • Keep office operations running smoothly—think scheduling, supply orders, and document management

  • Pitch in on internal communications and cross-functional coordination

  • Jump into special projects and reporting when needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting and HR

  • Solid Excel skills (bonus points if you’re comfortable with vlookups and pivot tables)

  • Familiarity with accounting platforms like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools

  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities

  • A professional, team-oriented attitude and a high level of discretion with sensitive information

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
