LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a lawfirm located in Cleveland, OH. This firm offers excellent compensation, benefits and work life balance. If you have prior litigation experience involving insurance defense, civil litigation, torts, commercial lit etc. this would be an ideal position for you!
Responsibilities:
· Prepare discovery and requests, letters, subpoenas and other legal correspondence
· Assist with trial prep and utilization of e-discovery tools
· Summarize depositions, medical records and coordinate expert witnesses
· Manage files paper and electronic
Qualifications:
· Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is preferred
· 2+ years of litigation experience required
· High level of organization and attention to detail
· Understanding of technical programs such as MS Office, Relativity, Lexis-Nexis, and Westlaw preferred
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team and independently
Pay Details: $50,000 to $70,000 DOE
