Credit & Collections Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)

📍 Clifton, NJ — Onsite

💵 $25–$28/hr | Gas Manufacturing Industry

We're seeking a detail‑oriented Credit & Collections Specialist to support AR, credit review, and collections in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling customer outreach and account reconciliation.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor AR aging and follow up on past‑due accounts.

  • Review credit applications and assist with setting credit limits.

  • Contact customers to resolve payment issues and secure timely payments.

  • Support invoicing, cash application, and general AR tasks.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years' experience in credit, collections, or AR.

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excel proficiency preferred (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
