Job Title: Operations Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role involves coordinating and managing project schedules, ensuring the quality of reports from field representatives, and providing general administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and capable of building excellent relationships with teammates. While a college degree is preferred, it is not required. This role is perfect for new college graduates or individuals with a few years of office experience, especially those with backgrounds in business, customer service, or marketing. Location: College Station Headquarters Job Type: Full-time, Office-based – 08:30 am – 5:00 pm Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 Per hour Position Overview:
  • Scheduling/Staffing: Coordinate and manage scheduling for all projects as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of reports submitted by field representatives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and data entry.
  • Phone Support: Assist field representatives with questions via phone.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a team environment to achieve high success rates on retail service projects for our customers.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Productivity: Highly productive and efficient in task management.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
  • Communication: Personable, comfortable, and professional on the phone and via email correspondence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable working at a desk and in front of a computer most of the day.
  • Typing Speed: Adequate-to-fast typing speed.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and provide input when needed.
  • Collaboration: Builds and maintains excellent relationships with teammates.
Education / Experience:
  • Degree: College degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in business, customer service, or marketing.
  • Entry-Level: Suitable for new college graduates or individuals with a few years of office experience looking for a change.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a marketing or retail work environment is a plus.
