LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Service Dispatcher that will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound phone communication to schedule service appointments and address customer needs. This role plays a critical part in coordinating daily service operations by dispatching technicians efficiently and ensuring accurate job details, while also supporting administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail?oriented, and comfortable working in a fast?paced environment with frequent interaction between customers and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls to schedule service appointments and respond to service?related inquiries
  • Place outbound calls to confirm, update, or schedule service visits
  • Dispatch technicians based on skill set, location, availability, and customer preferences
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding technician arrival times, job status, and service updates
  • Maintain ongoing communication with technicians regarding availability, job progress, and completion times
  • Ensure all customer and job details (name, address, phone number, service notes) are accurate and complete
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned by supervisors or management
  • Support high interaction between technicians and customers across residential and commercial accounts
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or dispatch preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast?paced, high?volume environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scheduling
  • Comfortable using dispatch or scheduling software
  • Team?oriented with strong problem?solving and time?management skills

Pay/Benefits:
  • Pay: $19/hr - $21/hr
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
