The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR data management. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, training programs, and diversity initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
