Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal - N Dallas

LHH is assisting a Litigation Law Firm in North Dallas find an Insurance Defense/Personal Injury Defense Litigation Paralegal. This candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience at a current law firm and will be handling cases from inception to close.

Benefits:

• Salary ranges from $60,000 - $90,000 DOE
• Discretionary year-end bonus given
• Paid parking by the Firm
• Medical (Firm pays 20% of medical premium), dental, vision, long and short term disability, 401K (Firm will match up to a certain %)

Responsibilities

• Legal fact and basic legal research
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (ABA approved)
• 3+ years of litigation experience as a Paralegal
• Currently working at a Litigation Law Firm
