LHH is on the hunt for a Recruiter in Dublin, OH. This position will be assisting with the recruiting and onboarding of new employees. Strong communication and organization will be critical for the success in this position. This is a year long contract with a great organization. Our client is open to someone early in their career looking to continue learning and growing!



Responsibilities:



  • Screening candidates for open opportunities


  • Coordinate interviews


  • Onboard new employees and make sure pre-employment items are complete


  • Create job postings



Qualifications:



  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience


  • Strong communication both written and verbal


  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required


  • WorkDay experience helpful

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins
