LHH is partnering with a non-profit healthcare organization in search of a Director of Finance/& Human Resources candidate for their Wenatchee, WA location. In this role, you will be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing the structure and health of finance, operations and human resources of the company. This is a direct hire job that will work onsite (possibility of hybrid days) that offers a salary paying between $105K - $115K. Here are more details about this job:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finance (70%) – Leading all finance, accounting, budgeting, analysis, cash flow and reporting

• Human Resources (20%) – Oversight of recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management and employee relations

• Administration (10%) – Management of front desk, operations and driving organizations culture and values

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree required, MBA or Masters in preferred

• 7+ years of experience in a financial capacity with at least 3 years in a leadership role, non-profit a plus

• Must have a strong understanding of fund accounting and Medicare/Medicaid experience

• Experience with cross-functional leadership experience required
