Associate Operations Coordinator (Remote – Minnesota)
Location: Remote – Minnesota
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: Overnight / Evening
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Operations Coordinator for a remote contract opportunity supporting operations and logistics-related activities. This role focuses on executing transactional tasks with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and efficiency while supporting customer and carrier needs.

Training Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (CT)

    Regular Schedule After Training:


  • Friday–Tuesday, 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (CT)

  • Days off: Wednesday and Thursday

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide shipment information and support customer and carrier requests


  • Create and activate orders and shipments

  • Build, assign, and manage loads

  • Schedule delivery and pickup appointments

  • Track and trace shipments and document events in internal systems

  • Monitor task boards and assigned email queues to ensure timely responses

  • Enter accurate shipment data, events, and invoicing details

  • Validate load data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and customer standards

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes as needed

  • Ensure follow-through on requests to drive customer and carrier satisfaction

  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on team or operational needs

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED


  • Previous customer service experience

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university


  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Customer service experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
