Associate Operations Coordinator (Remote – Minnesota)
Location: Remote – Minnesota
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: Overnight / Evening
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Operations Coordinator for a remote contract opportunity supporting operations and logistics-related activities. This role focuses on executing transactional tasks with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and efficiency while supporting customer and carrier needs.
Training Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (CT)
Regular Schedule After Training:
- Friday–Tuesday, 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (CT)
- Days off: Wednesday and Thursday
Key Responsibilities
• Provide shipment information and support customer and carrier requests
- Create and activate orders and shipments
- Build, assign, and manage loads
- Schedule delivery and pickup appointments
- Track and trace shipments and document events in internal systems
- Monitor task boards and assigned email queues to ensure timely responses
- Enter accurate shipment data, events, and invoicing details
- Validate load data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and customer standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes as needed
- Ensure follow-through on requests to drive customer and carrier satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on team or operational needs
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Customer service experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Commitment to working in a diverse and inclusive workplace
