LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of our clients team. This role combines scheduling, production planning, administrative support, and light coordination within the manufacturing environment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and arranging necessary amenities.
  • Manage calendars and appointments for designated staff.
  • Perform time-sensitive tasks while following standard policies and exercising independent judgment when needed.
  • Maintain vending machine inventory and handle small cash transactions.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
  • Distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, file documents, and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Assist with purchasing and maintaining production supplies.
  • Prepare and proofread various documents, including correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite and related software.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion within standard policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in scheduling, production planning, or administrative support preferred.
Pay/Benefits:
  • $19/hr - $25/hr
