Accounts Receivable Specialist Job in Escondido, CA

LHH is looking to fill a Temp-to-Direct Hire Accounts Receivable Specialist Job in Escondido, CA. Qualified candidates will have, at minimum, three years of relevant, full-cycle AR experience with strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPS required). This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and offers huge potential for growth given their size! In addition, there is potential to earn 1-2 days to work from home, once fully trained.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AR SPECIALIST JOB

· Review invoices for accuracy and code invoice for processing

· Posting payments, adjustments and credit memos

· Maintain and analyze the aging report

· Post customer payments (ACH, wires, transfers, etc…)

· Other duties as assigned – backing up Accounts Payable

QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and procedures

· Three plus years of AR Experience

· Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite or QuickBooks would be a plus!)

· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
