We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic organization. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong background in multi-state payroll processing. Parking is provided for in-office days.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees across multiple states.

  • Manage timekeeping data, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings.

  • Handle employee lifecycle updates including new hires and terminations.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

  • Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and leave tracking.

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits inquiries.

  • Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of payroll processing for 250+ employees and multi-state operations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (highly preferred), Microsoft Excel, and payroll systems.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, labor regulations, and benefits administration.

  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional employee support.




Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
