We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic organization. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong background in multi-state payroll processing. Parking is provided for in-office days.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees across multiple states.
Manage timekeeping data, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings.
Handle employee lifecycle updates including new hires and terminations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and leave tracking.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits inquiries.
Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of payroll processing for 250+ employees and multi-state operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (highly preferred), Microsoft Excel, and payroll systems.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, labor regulations, and benefits administration.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional employee support.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
