We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary HR Benefits Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for employee wellness, and experience in benefits administration. The position is full-time, temporary, and based onsite in Germantown, WI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and timely
  • Educate employees on benefit offerings and resolve related inquiries
  • Coordinate leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, short/long-term disability)
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party administrators
  • Support open enrollment and wellness initiatives
  • Prepare reports and assist with audits related to benefits data
  • Conduct benefits orientations and assist with onboarding documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or benefits coordination
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment laws related to benefits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Software Proficiency

Candidates should be comfortable using the following tools commonly used in benefits administration:

  • ADP Workforce Now
  • HRIS platforms (e.g., Paycom, Workday)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour based on experience

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
