Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll in UKG, including timecard management, reconciliations, garnishments, and benefit deductions.
- Prepare payroll journal entries in NetSuite and assist with monthly accounting close.
- Handle 401(k) and HSA contributions, reconciliations, and annual audits.
- Perform general accounting tasks: accounts payable, expense transactions, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with termination policies and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide training and support for timekeeping and payroll processes.
- Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll and accounting experience.
- Proficiency in UKG and strong Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $37.00 per hour
