Our client in the aerospace manufacturing industry is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and enterprise technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day IT operations and end-user support.
Serve as primary administrator for ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite or similar), including user support, issue resolution, training, and enhancements.
Manage IT vendors, contracts, and technology-related purchases.
Prepare and manage the IT budget.
Develop, modify, and support reports using SplashBI, Power BI, or similar tools.
Oversee user security, access controls, and segregation of duties.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy requirements, and audit requests.
Support additional business applications as needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead, train, and support team members as applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of IT operations or management experience.
5+ years of ERP administration experience (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance standards.
