Our client in the aerospace manufacturing industry is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and enterprise technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and end-user support.

• Serve as primary administrator for ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite or similar), including user support, issue resolution, training, and enhancements.

• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and technology-related purchases.

• Prepare and manage the IT budget.

• Develop, modify, and support reports using SplashBI, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Oversee user security, access controls, and segregation of duties.

• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy requirements, and audit requests.

• Support additional business applications as needed.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead, train, and support team members as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of IT operations or management experience.

• 5+ years of ERP administration experience (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance standards.
