We are seeking a motivated and client‑focused Financial Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing trusted relationships, providing personalized financial guidance, and supporting clients in achieving both short‑ and long‑term financial goals. The ideal candidate is consultative, results‑driven, and committed to delivering ethical, high‑quality financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and consultative financial planning.
Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate products and strategies, including investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth‑building solutions.
Develop customized financial plans aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and life stages.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and planning strategies in a clear and approachable manner.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive, client‑centric solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
Experience in financial services, sales, advisory, or client relationship management preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build trust and influence decision‑making.
Goal‑oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Required licenses or ability to obtain during onboarding (e.g., Series 6/7, Series 63/66, Life & Health, as applicable).
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
