We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with a strong emphasis on benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, managing benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service to our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and wellness initiatives.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Perform benefits bill reconciliation and maintain accurate documentation.
Support HR team with onboarding processes and benefits-related training.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits administration.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve benefits issues promptly.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in benefits administration or HR support role.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
