We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with a strong emphasis on benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, managing benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and wellness initiatives.

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • Perform benefits bill reconciliation and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Support HR team with onboarding processes and benefits-related training.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits administration.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve benefits issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Previous experience in benefits administration or HR support role.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
