Administrative Assistant

Customer Service & Support

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and excellent communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents

  • Draft, proofread, and distribute letters, reports, and memos

  • Coordinate office operations and maintain office supplies

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping

  • Greet visitors and provide general administrative support

  • Support managers and team members with day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion



Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
