We are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner role in Greensboro, NC! This is a fully on-site, contract role that is estimated to last 3-6 months. In this role you are supporting a large manufacturing operations function. You must have union experience to be considered for this role! You are going to be assisting with talent management, employee experience enhancement, performance management, change management and data analysis. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in HR in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for proven experience, strong communication skills, strong decision making skills and demonstrated leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Build ongoing relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders to drive key HR strategies and initiatives that support operational and strategic goals.
Drive talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and fostering a high-performance culture.
Assist in implementing programs designed to enhance the employee experience.
Guide leaders in performance management processes.
Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and resources to leaders and employees.
Advise on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices while promoting a fair and equitable work environment.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred
At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner rol
Manufacturing experience required.
Union experience required.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a practical, “roll-up your sleeves” approach.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
