Job Title: Receptionist (Temporary – 3 Weeks)
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay Rate: $22–$23/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist for a 3-week temporary assignment in Harrisburg, PA. This role will support daily front desk operations while assisting with document and agreement review. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Review agreements and documents for accuracy and completeness
Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate mail distribution and office supplies
Qualifications:
Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Schedule:
Full-time hours for approximately 3 weeks
