- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s goals.
- Oversee recruitment and selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Manage and improve employee onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead the creation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive company culture.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure the development of high-performing teams.
- Administer compensation, benefits programs, and maintain payroll accuracy.
- Assess and identify training needs to optimize employee performance.
- Collaborate with management to provide strategic HR insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Director, ideally with a focus on organizational leadership.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and modern HR technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
