Owner Relations Analyst / Land Admin Specialist
Location: Houston, TX 77046
Pay Rate: $28/hr – $35/hr
Employment Type: Contract (8 months)
Position Summary
The Owner Relations Analyst / Land Admin Specialist plays a key role within the Division Order team by managing owner inquiries, maintaining accurate ownership records, and ensuring timely, compliant processing of owner‑related documentation. This role collaborates closely with Land, Accounting, Legal, and additional cross‑functional teams to support owner account maintenance, title cure activities, and fast‑paced daily operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and update dynamic tickets for all incoming owner relations items
- Perform owner account updates within the owner system
- Accurately log and track owner inquiries
- Monitor and manage the owner relations inbox
- Support mail processing including opening, scanning, and preparing documents for ticket creation
- Assist with documentation requests related to curing title obligations
- Support department special projects as assigned
- Collaborate with internal team members across Division Order
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external owners, vendors, and customers
- Follow company standards, processes, and Division Order best practices
- Work across disciplines such as Land Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Legal
- Handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); willingness to learn new systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- SAP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of basic land principles and application within land data management systems
- General understanding of land terminology, contracts, and documentation
- Ability to analyze land data and support increasingly complex projects
- 2+ years of relevant Division Order experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required
