What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy
• Assist customers with account inquiries, order status, billing questions, and general support
• Document interactions clearly and update customer information in internal systems
• Resolve issues efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Prior customer service, call center, or office support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or order entry systems is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
