LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with an SMB client in Indianapolis looking for an Accounting Manager. This is a privately owned firm, will report to the Controller, and will have assistance for AP & AR, and will lead the team for AP, AR, and GL. The Ideal candidate has worked within a smaller firm before handling GL, AP/AR, Financial Statements, has supervision experience, and can help with process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Statements

• Month/Year End

• Assist with AP & AR where necessary

• Reconciliations

• Look Out/Implement on Opportunities for Process Improvement

• Internal Controls

• GL Maintenance

• Inventory Management

• Ensure GAAP Compliance

• Manage 3-4 Accounting Staff

• Journal Entries

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Required

• 4+ years’ Progressive Accounting Experience Required

• CPA preferred
