LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with an SMB manufacturing client in Indianapolis looking for a Controller. This role will report to a member of the C-Suite, will be over a team in accounting, and will be a part of leadership. Ideally, this candidate has worked within a small manufacturing firm before and has had ownership of an SMB P&L and a small team.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting

• Lead Month/Year End

• Light Cost Accounting

• Financial Statements

• Ensure GAAP Compliance

• Journal Entries

• Reconciliations

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Look Out/Implement on Opportunities for Process Improvement

• Internal Controls

• Supervision/Management of Accounting Staff – GL, AP, AR

• GL Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Required

• 8+ years’ Progressive Accounting Experience Required

• 2+ years’ Supervision Experience Required

• CPA Preferred
