The Role
As an ES People Advisor, you will join a globally diverse team providing guidance and support to employees and managers across multiple geographies. Leveraging modern HR technology, you will serve as a trusted resource for HR-related inquiries while ensuring a seamless and high-quality employee experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are comfortable handling sensitive and confidential matters, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to expand your knowledge across a wide range of HR disciplines.
Your Impact
Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and managers via our HR portal and other communication channels
Maintain and enhance our knowledge base by creating, updating, and improving self-service content
Manage and document employee interactions in a case management system, responding to inquiries related to benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, HR policies, and employee data
Ensure timely, accurate resolution and closure of assigned cases
Develop proficiency in Workday (or similar HRIS) and support manager and employee self-service processes
Maintain strong knowledge of HR programs, processes, and policies
Identify process inefficiencies and partner on solutions that improve the employee and manager experience
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
Process transactions or corrections not completed through HRIS self-service
Contribute to projects that modernize and streamline Employee Success services
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a centralized customer service environment preferred
Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS strongly preferred
Experience working within a case management system
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and process improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to support employees navigating sensitive or personal circumstances
Proven ability to diagnose issues and drive resolution effectively
Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering a superior employee experience
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology
Collaborative team player; experience in an HR shared services organization is a plus
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
