LHH is seeking an HR Generalist for a contract to hire position with a manufacturing client located in the Greater Indianapolis Area. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement. This is a contract-to-hire position ranged at $25/hour.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Conduct employee training and development programs
Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Administer compensation and benefits programs
Maintain HR records and documentation
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Provide HR support to management and staff
Analyze HR metrics and generate reports
Assist with HR strategy and planning
Manage HR projects and initiatives
Facilitate communication between employees and management
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience is required
Must have the ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
Must have experience with HRIS systems and data analysis
Ideal candidates will have experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
Ideal candidates will have the ability to develop and implement HR policies
Ideal candidates will have experience with recruitment and onboarding
Preferred candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred candidates will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
