LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Administrator in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior office management, HRG, and/or executive administration experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Be first point of contact for human resources department
Support recruitment efforts
Assist with open enrollment, benefits, insurance processes
Oversee meeting scheduling, notes, confirming travel and organizing action items for CEO and COO
Qualifications
AA/AS/BA/BS or other postsecondary credential is highly preferred
4+ years’ experience in an executive administrative support or HRG role
Previous experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel proficiency recommended
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Details: $60k - $70k/yr
