LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Administrator in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior office management, HRG, and/or executive administration experience strongly preferred.


Responsibilities



  • Be first point of contact for human resources department


  • Support recruitment efforts


  • Assist with open enrollment, benefits, insurance processes


  • Oversee meeting scheduling, notes, confirming travel and organizing action items for CEO and COO


Qualifications



  • AA/AS/BA/BS or other postsecondary credential is highly preferred



  • 4+ years’ experience in an executive administrative support or HRG role



  • Previous experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel proficiency recommended


Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time


Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm


Pay Details: $60k - $70k/yr
