Change Management Analyst (Temporary)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Change Management Analyst for a 6 month contract position that could extend in Irving, TX. This is for a transportation and logistics company with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Supporting system implementations ensuring seamless transitions through well-documented processes, user training, and structured change management initiatives.

• 
  

  Create standardized process documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system implementations and operational workflows.

• 
  

  Assist in designing and delivering user training programs.

• 
  

  Assist in system rollouts by documenting workflows, participating in user testing, and ensuring alignment with business needs.

• 
  

  Implement change management strategies, communication plans, and adoption tools to drive successful transitions.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related experience and coursework required

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in process documentation, training development, or system implementation support required

• 
  

  Experience with data management, process improvement, and data quality/audit and associated reporting required

• 
  

  Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) preferred
