Sales Coordinator – Iselin, NJ

Overview

Our client is seeking a detail?oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support a fast?paced Sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting sales initiatives, and can balance multiple priorities with ease. The Sales Coordinator will act as a crucial liaison between internal teams, leadership, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day?to?day support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, deliverables, and client communications.
  • Assist with preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and compiling data for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards or reporting tools using Power BI.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and materials needed for sales activities and client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and support process improvements where possible.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners to facilitate efficient sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a Sales team.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data visualization).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast?paced environment.
