Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy secure, scalable OT network infrastructure across manufacturing sites, including wired and wireless environments

• Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, resolving complex network issues while improving reliability and performance

• Establish and enforce network standards, segmentation strategies, and cybersecurity best practices aligned with industrial frameworks

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems, connected devices, and industrial applications into a unified network architecture

Qualifications

• 7+ years of network engineering experience, including hands-on work within industrial or manufacturing environments

• Strong expertise in Cisco-based infrastructure, including industrial switches, firewalls, and secure remote access technologies

• Deep understanding of OT networking principles, including industrial protocols and segmentation strategies

• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams in complex operational environments

Salary: $130K – $145K + 15% target bonus
