Contract HR Assistant – Manufacturing | Jonestown, PA
Type: 3-Month Contract | Location: On-site



We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team at a manufacturing facility in Jonestown. This is a 3-month contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
  • Help organize employee engagement and training activities
  • Provide administrative support to HR and plant leadership
Qualifications:
  • 2+ year of HR or administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism


Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.50 per hour
