HR Generalist – Manufacturing | Jonestown, PA
Type: 6-Month Contract | Location: Hybrid
We’re hiring a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to support our manufacturing operations in Jonestown. This 6-month contract role is ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation who can hit the ground running and support a wide range of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Support employee relations and conflict resolution
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Assist with recruitment, performance management, and training coordination
Maintain HRIS data and employee records
Collaborate with plant leadership on workforce planning and engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
