Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanics and contractors in delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance work within a manufacturing plant. This role ensures reliable execution of routine, turnaround, and emergency maintenance while supporting overall equipment reliability and removing barriers to productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce all safety standards and safe work practices.

• Supervise mechanics and build a strong, collaborative maintenance team.

• Drive training and skill development to strengthen technical capability.

• Guide mechanics through critical repairs, troubleshooting, and quality work execution.

• Ensure schedules, work orders, and equipment files are completed and updated accurately.

• Review planned maintenance jobs and confirm required materials are available.

• Track and report on maintenance KPIs and ensure GMP compliance.

• Oversee onboarding, performance management, team development, and payroll for direct reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• 1+ year of maintenance supervision required (4+ preferred).

• Strong mechanical skills and experience with pumps, seals, gearboxes, agitators, etc

• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000
