LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing and service organization in the North Kansas City area that is seeking to directly hire a talented Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Manager. This person will be responsible for all aspects of Talent Acquisition to attract and bring on board top talent for the company. Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Manager


Location: North Kansas City (fully onsite with some flexibility)


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a requisition load and conduct full-cycle recruiting to fill all company openings.


  • Handle talent acquisition for all positions with the majority being highly technical roles including Engineers, Project Managers, BI, IT, and Field Services.


  • Perform full-service recruiting: sourcing, writing job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and initiating onboarding.


  • Collaborate with leaders to understand their hiring needs and effectively work with diverse personalities.


Requirements:



  • At least 3 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience (5 or more years preferred).


  • Technical recruiting experience is highly preferred, but not required.


  • Aptitude to lead, with potential for management responsibilities as the role grows.


  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; a combination of experience and education is acceptable.
