Senior Worker’s Compensation Claims Adjuster
Do you have experience in worker’s compensation claims? Look no further! LHH is recruiting for a Senior Worker’s Compensation Claims Adjust for a Client in Kansas City, MO. This a direct hire opportunity working hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days remote). Our ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of claims experience working directly with Worker’s Compensation Claims. Pay for this role varies depending on experience between $65-85k annually based on experience. Read below for additional details.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data and reports for trends, pattern analysis, and financial exposure.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry, claims processes, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough research and investigations, clearly expressing and synthesizing case facts, decisions, and rationale.
Maintain confidentiality and a high degree of professional integrity.
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Work effectively as a team member, coordinating with others to contribute to the company’s success.
Adhere to the company Code of Conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent training plus a minimum of 3-5+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bill review software, and guidelines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Ability to perform processing duties with minimal supervision.
High degree of professionalism and personal presence.
Exceptional service provision, both internally and externally at all times.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with proof of insurance.
