We are seeking 5 motivated and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our team as part of a recent acquisition. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers long-term career potential, competitive pay, and a hybrid work schedule. We’re hiring for:

  • 2 Bilingual (Spanish-English) representatives

  • 3 Non-Bilingual representatives

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer service and looking to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Locations: Hybrid – Katy, TX 77449 or Pinehurst, TX 77362
Hybrid Schedule:

  • Remote: Mondays & Fridays (strong home Wi-Fi required; equipment provided)

  • On-Site: Tuesdays–Thursdays at Katy, TX office (or Pinehurst/Magnolia office depending on space)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.57/hr + potential overtime during peak periods/month-end

What You'll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls

  • Resolve billing questions, account issues, and general utility inquiries

  • Document interactions and update customer records

  • Address escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Use internal systems to resolve and escalate service issues when needed

  • Meet quality and performance standards

What We’re Looking For
Bilingual Positions (2 roles):

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (language assessment required)

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience (call center or utilities preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

Non-Bilingual Positions (3 roles):

  • Proficient in English

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

For All Candidates:

  • Fast learner with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have reliable transportation for in-office days

  • Willing to work occasional overtime (especially at month-end)

  • Depending on space, candidates might need to report to the Pinehurst/ Magnolia, TX (77362)
