HR Payroll Specialist – King of Prussia, PA
Contract Role | 100% Onsite
Pay: $25–$28/hr

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and core HR functions in a fast?paced, onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail?oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling sensitive employee data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
  • Maintain payroll records, updates, deductions, and changes
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll policies
  • Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data

Required Qualifications

  • Previous payroll processing experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and best practices
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work fully onsite, 5 days per week
