Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Onsite)
Pay: $27–$30/hour
Employment Type: Contract
Overview:
Our client in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an organized and detail?oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily supply chain and delivery operations. This onsite contract role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, thrives in fast?paced environments, and enjoys working cross?functionally to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure timely production and shipping activities.
- Oversee deliveries and track shipment progress, ensuring on?time performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer logistics issues including quality concerns, shipment complications, certificates, and product inquiries.
- Communicate regularly with sales account managers to provide shipment or order updates.
- Manage logistic transactions, data entry, invoicing, inventory allocations, and record?keeping. [Logistics...ordinator1 | Word]
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP/logistics systems.
- Strong communication and follow?up skills; ability to manage orders via phone, email, fax, or EDI.
- Highly organized and able to learn new software or programs quickly.
- Experience working cross?functionally with multiple teams (warehouse, planning, customer service).
- Prior logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience preferred.
